Fashion Friday: FLAUNT for a Good Cause

I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Jessica Lamarre, Owner of Flaunt Boutique late this summer over coffee.  Jessica is not only the owner of a trendy boutique in Apex, NC she is an Image Consultant and creator of the program 40 days to fabulous. Jessica volunteers her image expertise to the Triangle Dress for Success program.  Boy, are they lucky!  Not only does Jessica have the talent to give image advice and instruction, she has a heart to help women be the better version of themselves.  Last night, The Iconic Woman's Network was invited to attend the Women for Success Holiday Fashion Show to benefit the Triangle Dress for Success Chapter.

Ashley Ascott, Co-Founder of the Triangle Women for Success organization.  Triangle Women for Success is an organization that supports the Triangle Dress for Success Chapter with funds to purchase undergarments for women in the program.  Ascot stated, "Many women need the proper undergarments to wear under their clothes from Dress for Success" the organization provides things like spanx, bras, hoisery etc.  The organization started in March 2013 and has 22 board members.  Their next event is called LIFT a term used for what they empower women to do and what they provide to women in terms of undergarments (wink) February 1 at Solas, Raleigh .  All of the proceeds from their events go to Dress for Success.
