Today for #fashion #TBT the head scarf.  Worn by old Hollywood divas, the head scarf is an iconic addition to the drop top convertible from the black and white movies we call classics. Is the head scarf a throwback you would bring back.  Fashion has an innate way of circling back and reinventing it for a new breed of fashionistas.  The stylistas of old were classy and elegant in head scarves mainly to hold their perfectly coiffed hair in place.  Now, the head scarf has come back around we saw last spring Marc Jacobs brought it back with fun and funky colors and knots perfect for a hot summer day. I like this trend year round it's a nice alternative to a hat and I am a sucker for old Hollywood glam-- maybe not on me all the time but from time to time I like to relive my days playing dress-up in my grandmothers 1950s wardrobe.
