Tre Chic Tuesday Patches and Denim

This fashion week I got really excited to see these patch work jeans on the runway.  I love this look I think it's fashion, edgy, and creative. Patches are originally for covering up holes and stains but these high end designers are making a statement -- with patches.  Although you can purchase designer looks, I suggest trying to make a pair yourself.  I to put a look together with old patches I found in my sewing kit.

This weekend I decided to add a little character to my jeans.  This is the beauty of this trend you can take an old pair of jeans and give them new life.  Patches can work on jean jackets, vest, even a cute pair of Chuck Taylor's (my next project).
