Beautiful Braids

This week I asked my personal stylist for a great weekend and date night look that looked pulled together but not too structured. Gerri suggested a sexy, romantic braid. There are several braid options that she suggested take a look and check out my Instagram to see what braid I chose for my weekend look. My Instagram handle is @iconiclifestyleinc

The French Braid. Traditional and sweet. I like the French braid because it's pulled off my face. 

The Five Strand Braid. This is a unique braid it's chunky and says weekend relaxation. It can be worn pulled towards the face or in a ponytail. 

The Mermaid Braid. This is so romantic and I like it a lot. It has a little bit of a girly look but if worn long e nought it is very sophisticated and pretty. 

The Fishtail Braid. This is Gerri's favorite. Here's how she says this look can be accomplished:

Divide hair into two sections parting straight down the middle. 

Pull a thin strand from the left pulling over the left section under the right and repeat on the right side.

Continue to repeat steps going over and under until the braid is completed.
